The Board of ARIS members Society invites the members to a General Meeting on Monday 6th February 2012 at 17:00 at the I. Vellidis Conference Center.

2. Change of the name of ARIS members Society
3. Administrative operation of ARIS BC - Exploration of solutions
4. Financial and administrative review and planning of ARIS FC
5. Check of the financial status of ARIS FC by ARIS members Society
6. Operation and Institutional role of ARIS members Society
7. Investment interest in ARIS FC- Prerequisites - Role of ARIS members Society
8. Miscellaneous
All the above are stated as the Agenda, according to the law and the statute.
It is noted that in order for a subject to be included in the agenda it must be sent in written form either by post or by email, by Thursday 26/1/2012 at 14:00 at the offices of ARIS members Society. In any other case, any subject mentioned beyond the deadline will be discussed only after the approval of the General Meeting.
According to the statute, only regular members who have paid their membership for the year 2012 (1/1/2012-31/12/2012) have the right to speak and vote at the General Meeting .
