Annual General Meeting

The ARIS members Society AGM take place every year in June. At the AGM the Administration Board, the Prudential Committee and the Board of Directors of the club present the financial and administrative report of the past season for approval, questions are answered and goals are set. Moreover, the candidates for the Administration Board and Prudential Committee of the next season are presented by the Chairman of the AGM.

Before the Club elections, the candidates have to present to the members their goals, their vision and their strategy plan to earn their trust and vote.

Elections procedure

All regular members can vote at the elections of the Administration Board, Prudential Committee and Board of Directors under the one-member-one-vote rule. Members outside the city can vote by post mail.

Time in the administration

The elections for the Administration Board and Prudential Committee of the Society as well as the Board of Directors of the Club are held every two years. However, the elections for the Society are held on even years whereas the elections for the Club are held on odd years.
